A Message to Downtown Visitors Regarding Coronavirus - Marina Arts District in Corpus Christi, TX

We at the Corpus Christi Downtown Management District share your concerns regarding COVID19 and recognize the impact the situation is having on our common psyche. We too are concerned with the significant effects this virus could bring and additionally recognize the impact that could extend to our local economy.

The DMD remains in contact with city leadership and will continue to monitor the situation. Should the situation escalate to a level that requires business closures, we will follow city leadership’s recommendation and support their decision and aim to support our community.

With no confirmed cases in Corpus Christi, downtown businesses are open! The public is encouraged to take extra precautions and use their best judgement when deciding to visit downtown businesses. It is advised that you DO NOT visit if you have any symptoms (cough, fever, shortness of breath), have a compromised immune system, or if you have been to an area with confirmed cases or if you have been in contact with anyone that has a confirmed case of the virus.
